You will likely be surprised at how often Amazon loses your inventory. Sometimes they find it, while often times they don't. Our algorithm identifies products Amazon lost but never reimbursed your account. Use this report to identify those reimbursement opportunities.
When a customer initiates a return, Amazon automatically deducts the amount of the order from your seller account. If the customer doesn’t follow through in returning the product to the Amazon warehouse, Amazon must reimburse the seller. This report assists in identifying those transactions where you didn’t get reimbursed.
When your product is damaged at an Amazon fulfillment center, Amazon is supposed to reimburse you the value of the product. We've found that this doesn't always happen automatically. Let our algorithm pinpoint the products Amazon may owe you money for.
There are times when Amazon allows customers to return a product after the 30-day return period has ended. When this happens, the seller is deducted the amount of the order but being that the return was initiated after the 30-day return period, Amazon must reimburse the seller. However, sometimes they do not. We check to make sure you're being compensated for these transactions.
Yes, we offer a FREE 7-day trial that gives you access to one of the reports (i.e. the Lost Inventory report). All other reports will be made available to you once your account converts to a paid membership. Your membership automatically converts at the end of the 7-day trial or you can manually upgrade at any time during your trial.
This is really difficult to say since every Amazon Seller account is different. With that said, we’re very confident that if you’re owed money from Amazon, our system will quickly identify those opportunities. Try it for FREE by signing up for the 7-day free trial and see for yourself!
The reports we analyze are primarily geared towards FBA sellers, not merchant fulfilled sellers. At the moment, we would not recommend Refund Pad for merchant fulfilled sellers. Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates and announcements!
Not at all. We've created short videos to show you exactly how to pull the reports you'll need to load into Refund Pad. In just a few minutes you'll see exactly what Amazon owes you!
You have full control. You can reconcile as far back as you'd like but generally Amazon will only reimburse for the last 18 months. We recommend going back 24 months to try and maximize the reimbursements.
No, you do not need to grant us access to your account. Simply download the reports from Seller Central, upload them to Refund Pad and we'll let you know what items may qualify for a reimburesment.
