What We Do

Refund Pad allows you to easily identify the reimbursements you may be entitled to. We do this by showing you which reports to pull from Amazon Seller Central for analysis in Refund Pad. The reports we provide to you are easy to understand and can be submitted directly to Amazon. To ensure we remain 100% within Amazon’s Terms of Service, Refund Pad doesn't submit the reports on your behalf. We simply identify potential reimbursement opportunities that we recommend you submit to Amazon. It's reimbursements done the right way!

Does Refund Pad offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a FREE 7-day trial that gives you access to one of the reports (i.e. the Lost Inventory report). All other reports will be made available to you once your account converts to a paid membership. Your membership automatically converts at the end of the 7-day trial or you can manually upgrade at any time during your trial.

How much money will I receive in reimbursements?

This is really difficult to say since every Amazon Seller account is different. With that said, we’re very confident that if you’re owed money from Amazon, our system will quickly identify those opportunities. Try it for FREE by signing up for the 7-day free trial and see for yourself!

Does Refund Pad only work with FBA sellers?

The reports we analyze are primarily geared towards FBA sellers, not merchant fulfilled sellers. At the moment, we would not recommend Refund Pad for merchant fulfilled sellers. Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates and announcements!

Is it difficult to pull the reports in Seller Central?

Not at all. We've created short videos to show you exactly how to pull the reports you'll need to load into Refund Pad. In just a few minutes you'll see exactly what Amazon owes you!

How far back can Refund Pad reconcile my FBA seller account?

You have full control. You can reconcile as far back as you'd like but generally Amazon will only reimburse for the last 18 months. We recommend going back 24 months to try and maximize the reimbursements.

Does Refund Pad need access to my Amazon Seller account?

No, you do not need to grant us access to your account. Simply download the reports from Seller Central, upload them to Refund Pad and we'll let you know what items may qualify for a reimburesment.
