There are times when Amazon allows customers to return a product after the 30-day return period has ended. When this happens, the seller is deducted the amount of the order but being that the return was initiated after the 30-day return period, Amazon must reimburse the seller. However, sometimes they do not. We check to make sure you’re being compensated for these transactions.
